High School Girls Open Gym: Tuesdays & Thursdays
We want to meet high school players in the area who are interested in joining ABV Flash! Come out and play some volleyball with your friends. Our coaches can organize the group for warm-ups, help sort everyone into teams, and keep score for your competitive 6v6 games. If you're new to the sport, we will also have coaches on hand to give you some tips.

What is Albany Berkeley Volleyball?
Albany Berkeley Volleyball (ABV) promotes youth volleyball for ages 6th - 11th grade. We provide programs where kids can learn the basics of volleyball and sportsmanship, accessible to families at an affordable cost.
ABV completed its inaugural year in 2014 and we have continued to expand!! Send us a message via the Contact Us page if you would like to participate in the growth of volleyball in our corner of the East Bay!
